REGISTRATION

Send a check or money order along with the completed Registration and Buyer Profile forms for each delegate. There is a maximum of four Marketplace delegate employees allowed from one company. Non-appointment taking delegates are welcome to participate in all activities except the Marketplace.

Tour operators are encouraged to bring group leaders to the event. The tour operator must complete a separate Buyer Profile form for each group leader to qualify them for participation. Additional profile forms are available on request. A Destined for Branson representative may call to qualify group leaders.

Registration forms received without payment and or the profile forms for each delegate will not be processed. DO NOT BOOK any scheduled air service until you receive a Conference Registration Confirmation.

ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSPORTATION, DINING, AND ENTERTAINMENT

Destined for Branson will provide lodging, food, entertainment, and local transportation to all scheduled activities. In addition, scheduled transportation will be provided from the gateway city airports of Springfield (50 minutes drive time), Kansas City (four hours drive time,) and St Louis (four hours drive time.) Each participant is responsible for transportation to and from Branson or gateway cities, items of a personal nature, and miscellaneous expenses. Due to the size of the event, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific hotels. Rooms are assigned randomly, and every effort will be made to accommodate you in a hotel similar to the category you listed on the Profile Form.

BIG SHOWS

Branson entertainers will come together in two "Big Shows" exclusively produced for Destined for Branson to let you experience a portion of the diverse entertainment Branson has to offer. Each "Big Show" will include ten to twelve cameo performances from Branson shows.

MARKETPLACE

Marketplace will be on Saturday and will be an appointment-based event. Appointment request forms will be provided to registered delegates May 9, 2008 and returned by May 22, 2008 to receive pre-scheduled appointments.

CERTIFICATE WORTH $200

Each company will receive a certificate worth $200 to be applied toward a 2008/2009 Branson tour of at least 20 passengers or FIT package in excess of $200. Once the certificate is validated by a Destined for Branson seller, your certificate amount will be refunded to you by Destined for Branson, Inc. (only one certificate per company). To qualify for the certificate, all participants registered under the primary delegate's company must attend all Destined for Branson activities including Marketplace. Certificates are mailed to each company after the conference ends.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS

A $25.00 handling fee will be deducted from refund requests received until May 22, 2008. No money will be refunded for cancellations received after May 22, 2008.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

This is a strenuous conference agenda with a great deal of walking required, including inclines and steps. A good health condition is recommended for everyone's safety and maximum enjoyment.

Casual dress is appropriate for all activities. A light jacket is recommended for cool theaters and attractions. All delegates must be 18 years of age or older.

DESTINED FOR BRANSON POST-EVENT FAM

A post Destined for Branson FAM begins on Sunday morning, June 10, and ends on June 12. Included in the FAM are accommodations, shows, meals, and other activities. The cost per person is $150 payable with registration.

Post FAM transportation to Kansas City or St Louis will depart Branson at 8:00 am on Tuesday, June 12. Departing flights from Springfield should not be scheduled before 10:00 am and from St Louis and Kansas City before 2:00 pm. Attendees traveling on their own can depart Tuesday morning at their leisure.
